Queendom Oratory
A dedication to the prowess of the feminine, the Queendom Oratory honors the matriarch as the masterful creator of life and all things sacred. An ode to strength, intimacy and life giving beauty, her body is a temple to be respected and adorned in all its forms.
Through my Queendom sculptures I pay homage to the Matriarch her sacred heart and her sacred body as the masterful giver of life and our true protector. While creating these works I was exploring the concept of a genuine Queendom and how different our world would be under Matriarchal rule. Under the Patriarchal rule when a Queen is in power its still considered a Kingdom. Maybe its time for change!
